MedVet Chicago is currently seeking full time Client Service Representatives (CSR) to join our 24 hour operation. Candidates for this position are responsible for promoting a friendly and professional environment with an emphasis on service, quality, and compassion.
The CSR is the first point of contact for our clients both via phone and in person. CRS’s will work directly with veterinarians, technical staff, and the hospital administration to provide accurate and up-to-date information to our clients.
Along with a positive attitude and a high degree of energy, qualified candidates will have a solid understanding of hospitality and customer care, excellent communication skills, be outgoing and self-motivated, and have the ability to maintain a pleasant, professional, and empathetic demeanor at all times.
All candidates must complete an acceptable background check, including references and a pre-employment drug screen.
